3 new admiral trait.
Fixed scientist-admiral spawn.
Added stars to 6-7 lvl leaders.
Max leaders traits now 5.
New traits can be gained on lvl up.

Fixed zombies on lvl 2 plague.

Still try to fix capital governor kick after hiring leader.

Fixed an issue where the scientist does not appear after studying the technology.
Fixed an issue where the new leader became the ruler. Too rapid career, don't you think?

Ai will prefer ascension paths perks over other.

Leader max lvl now 7.
Leader min lvl now 0.

Changed traits.
Awakening event now count game's difficulty.

Leaders module:
Can't dismiss leaders.
Can't hire leaders.
Leaders will be auto hired by game's occurrence and empire conditions.

For example, the number of governors is affected by the number of planets, sectors, ethics, traditions and so on. Governor may appear after colonization, construction of building and so on.

More changes to leaders coming.

Removed excess traits added by accident yesterday.
Added localisation to rest traits.

Now it is impossible to cede single planet from fallens, only total war.
Added total war late game tech which allow total war against stronger regular empire.
