Changed leader transfer system, probably hired pirate admirales will not disappear over time
Fleets from default or pirate country will flee to random pirate before country destroyed

Drones and pirates now mid game crisis, you need 2.0.2 beta patch to apply it
Added fanatic isolationist civic
Changed pirate spawn logic

Story mod now spawn systems during game starts, becouz in ongoing game it lag too mach
