Tweaked around a handful of things in the code. As always please let me know if I broke something.

Fixed AB+ bugs introduced by the last patch.

- Modified how the scythe is moved and rendered. It should hopefully seem less jittery now. (This is the main reasn I pushed out this update.)

- Changed how Samael's blindfold/hood/hair are layered, and added a few new custom costumes. More will be added in the future.

As always, hopefully I didn't randomly break something while tweaking things in the code.
