Added patch for [B18] Taimat 2018 - Stone Age, No Research v0214 so that Fire needs to be researched before the firepit and torch sconce are available.

I am derp. Had to fix the patch because so the mod loads without error if the patch isn't needed.

Added patch for Biomes! Cavern Edition so fungal logs and coal can now be used.

When using [FSF] Complex Jobs, Hauling bills for the firepit now properly fall under the Cremate job.

Made the torch sconces uninstall-able. Makes sense to me that you'd be able to move them.

Also added the ability to forbid the sconce because I forgot. Oops. :P

Added the ability to forbid the firepit so pawns don't refuel it or do bills at it.

Fix the bug where the temperature effect would remain even if the firepit was unfueled.
