Joint Operation Update

+ Farsight Division joins up.
+ Added 6 New NPCs ( 3 Friendlies and 3 Hostiles )
+ Coded 3 more playermodels to the c_menu
+ Edited the names of some of the NPCs and P.M.s

Hostiles Inbound Update

+ Added 5 New Hostile NPCs
+ Changed all their health to 100.
+ Hostiles are a challenge to fight.
