Hotfix:
--Eternal Ankylo fix to combat Broken Crafting Inventories after restart is now a Toggle to turn crafting on and off for them in the Multi Use wheel, default is off. Server Admins do a cheat destroyall "EternalAnkylo_character_BP_C" to get rid of tamed as well as wild to ensure all new ankys are the new version.
--Added Eternal Achatina : Eats and is tamed by all Herbivore foods (berries,crops), Breeds, Gives Live Birth, Paste and Polymer stack sizes increased to 500 in its inventory.

--Added Elite Oviraptor, scaled up, Rideable, uses Griffin saddle, can Craft ALL Vanilla kibble in its inventory. Will only see BPs with saddle equipped.

--Rebalanced Gigas to do more dmg by default, (eternal and alpha) as well as handle better, move a bit faster and swim better. Also can jump a bit now as well as small chance of baby in wild now. Also Added Eternal Kibble as a drop to Eternal Giga and Alpha Kibble as drop to Alpha Giga at 1 per kill. Also GIgas dont take as much fall dmg now.
--Reset Absolute Base Level of all Dinos edited in previous patch to restore random spawn levels.

Adjusted all Dinos to have a higher Base spawn level based on tier, the Higher the Tier the higher the base spawn level .
Removed Vanilla Wyvern Remaps completely.
