----Poison Pike torpor changed to use crystal poison arrow buff respects that ini config now and anything immune to it will also be immune to pike torp.
----updated all unknowns to have proper buff immunities now ie nothing below prime tier will do torp to them
----updated most dinos to br immune to eel and cnidaria(jellyfish) electrocute.
----Added Eternal Heal Dart learned at level 85 crafted in eternal workbench.
----New INI Configs

[Eternal] HealDartInitialHeal=40000 HealDartHPPerSecond=45000 HealDartUseInitialHeal=True HealDartOnPlayer=false

----Gave Vanilla Remaps a Different Lootset so they dont drop so much of the rarer crafting ingredients etc.

[EternalTierLimits] DominusTier=20 AlphaTier=20 EliteTier=20 ElementalTier=20 ResurrectedTier=20 PrimeTier=20 BehemothTier=20 VanillaTier=20 SpectralTier=20 GhostTier=20 RobotTier=20 SpecialTier=20


basicly what these numbers mean is this, no more than 20 or whatever number you set of each dino will exist from that tier.Any that spawn over will be automaticly destroyed, THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE TAMED!
This Should Help Control Any and ALl overspawns from the Naturally Spawning Dinos as well as most of the OnDeath Spawns.

20 is Default Value will accept pretty much any value you set for it.
