Fixed Mannfred von Carsteins office traits, which now go correctly to the legions of the dead faction trait. It was an ongoing fix from earlier, but took a little longer than expected due to my cat continually fighting for my attention. :)

Cosmetic update and a couple of minor fixes. Won't interfere with save games.

Fixed an issue with Vlads offices bonuses being applied to Empire leaders. LOL.

Vlads office bonuses are now correctly applied to the "Blood Kiss" faction traits which his office now grants.

Fixed Vlads vampiric corruption buff which was not going to province properly. I've also enabled The Queen of Darkness office to be accessed at level one for now so people can better test Isabella and her office perks.

Updated the vampire icons for the Queen of Darkness and Red Ascendant offices.

Fixed the ranks system to work properly.

Fixed Acolyte Banshee bonus.
