More collision model testing

Testing out collision models

Added in stuffs, rubber stuffs

Playing with materials, there is :chchrome , chpaint, chsuspension-metal, and chrubber.

New wheels yay, not in the spawn menu yet, look in the addons folder manually, i'm still not done with them but I wanted people to play with them and get opinions

Cut file size down to half and hopefully fixed weird issues

Spawn menu is big bork so it's gone for now untill I can fix.

textures

Added a set of wide and skinny drag tires, along with changing what I could of the legacy tires to update there textures.

Added in a shiny new spawn menu, now you'll no longer have to go digging through your addons.
