c) Belgian - Hypothetical names for APC are added (based upon French terminology).

Update 1
a) Changed the naming system for the British/Commonwealth Rocket Artillery.
b) Added three new mobile rocket artillery systems for the British/Commonwealth (Staghound, Sherman, and Cromwell Tulip Rocket AFVs).
c) Had all British/Commonwealth, French, Belgian, Greek, Danish mobile rockets based on the Tulip vehicles.

Fixed missing GFX folder (the entire key to the mod!). Thanks to Des for spotting this.
