Changed Element to normal (because it doesnt work with other mods so it becomes the normal stack)

reduce the element stack to 750 (because with the mega stack it doesnt work with other tek rifles)

fixed attachments (there was not visible in smithy and fabricator)
added Mass Stack Preserving Bin (the old preserving bin doesnt work with the stacks so i add a new one)
