Fixed Blood Core tooltip

Some tweaks (#3728)

Max amount of Grendel respawns set to 5.
Only the losing team can now call Grendel with the Extension Shrine.
Extension Shrine starting cooldown and cooldown increase per use reduced from 10 to 8 minutes.

Bans now have 100% chance (applied immediately, rather than being voted and randomly chosen).

Extension shrine and wandering bosses changes (#3726)

Extension shrines now share cooldown. (e.g. If radiant shrine is used the dire shrine will go on cooldown)
Grendel base attack damage reduced from 1000 to 900.
Grendel death will now increase the score limit only if the team that killed it is losing.
Grendel first spawn time changed from 12 to 16 minutes.
Grendel kill reward is now the same as tier 1 boss (2 core points and 1 score/kill point.)
Grendel now has Point Aversion ability (like Wanderer deals more damage to the winning team).
Grendel now takes less damage from the winning team. Damage reduction is based on point difference.
Grendel will no longer stop respawning after its 4th death. Capped the XP reward to 10k.
Max point difference needed for Offside Protection to be disabled while Wanderer is there reduced from 25 to 20.
Point Aversion dmg per point diff increased from 110 to 130.
Wanderer Cleanse bonus base damage now scales with Wanderer lvl. Changed from 1500 to 500/1000/1500.
Wanderer Sticky Blood damage per stack now scales with Wanderer lvl. Changed from 90 to 70/80/90.
Wanderer base armor increased from 25 to 32/37/43.
Wanderer base attack damage reduced from 3000/6000/10000 to 2500/5000/10000.
Wanderer health reduced from 17000/35000/50000 to 15000/25000/45000.
Wanderer lvl 3 core point reward increased from 16 to 24.
Wanderer lvl 3 xp bounty increased from 6000 to 7000.
Wanderer mana increased from 2500 to 5000/10000/20000.
Wanderer mana regen increased from 5 to 10/20/40.
Wanderer's Spirit buff now also provides 20% spell amp.

Blood Core changes (#3722)

Blood Core now needs Ultimate Orb instead of Reaver.
Blood Core now provides 20/25/30/35/40 to the primary attribute instead of 25/30/40/55/75 strength. (7/8/10/12/13 all stats for universal heroes)

Damage Block items (#3720)

Infused Staff when cast on an ally now applies a shield that blocks only 1 instance of damage that is over 50 after reductions. Shield lasts 12 seconds. Shield goes away after blocking 1 instance of damage. Shield is dispellable.
Infused Staff passive damage block chance against spells increased from 25% to 30%.
Infused Staff passive damage block for ranged heroes against attacks increased from 30/60/90/120/150 to 35/70/105/140/175.
Abyssal Blade passive damage block for melee heroes against attacks increased from 120/170/220/270 to 120/180/240/300.
Crimson Guard passive block chance reduced from 75% to 60%.

Ghost King Bar changes (#3721)

GKB active no longer dispels the owner.
GKB active bonus move speed and status resist for healed units increased from 15/17/19/21/23% to 18/20/22/24/26%.

New icons & particles for Azazel shop items (#3715)

Changed Icons for Azazel's elixirs and summons
Tweaked the already amazing elixir particles. sustain particle should be much more visible now. hybrid particle is more purple and dialed in to be more colorific, less garish. same with burst elixir particle.


Boss interactions (#3716)

Bosses are now immune to most fear effects that force the boss to move away from the caster.

Greater Dagon current hp pct damage is now reduced by 50% against bosses.
Silver Staff max hp pct damage reduction against bosses decreased from 85% to 50%.
Spirit Vessel current hp pct damage is now reduced by 50% against bosses.

Death Prophet Exorcism bonus damage against bosses reduced from 200% to 150%.
Death Prophet Spirit Siphon damage is now reduced by 50% against bosses when level 25 talent +4% Spirit Siphon Max Health Damage is taken.
Jakiro Liquid Fire bonus damage against bosses increased from 75% to 85%. (with shard bonus damage is reduced to 35%.)
Jakiro Liquid Frost bonus damage against bosses increased from 0% to 50%. (with shard there is no bonus damage)
Mirana Starstorm is no longer considered as accidental damage against bosses.
Primal Beast now does 40% bonus damage against bosses with its abilities too, not just with attacks (still does not do bonus dmg with items).
Pugna Nether Blast bonus damage against bosses reduced from 165% to 150%.
Shadow Demon Disseminate now deals 50% less damage against bosses if Promulgate facet is taken.
Shadow Shaman Mass Serpent Wards bonus magic damage against bosses reduced from 50% to 40% of ward attack damage.
The Following abilities now do more damage against bosses (additional damage reduction decreased from 85% to 50%):

New Oracle and Sohei innates

Oracle new innate: Field Medic - Oracle gains bonus move speed every time he heals someone other than himself.
Sohei new innate: Impulsive - Sohei has bonus base attack damage based on his current movement speed.
Sohei base attack damage reduced from 25-35 to 4-8.
Sohei Flurry of Blows bonus damage reduced from 50/50/50/75/125 to 20/30/40/50/60.
Fixed Pipe of Insight shield values on creeps.
