Recompiled for compatibility with Hotfix 30.08.2017

Added: 18 new building items to go with the tilesets introduced by the Frozen North Expansion.
Hid: Weapon rack feat. The weapon racks never worked quite right and its only gotten worse since the recent updates. The code needs a complete rewrite which I don't have the time for right now.
