Updated to V1.3

- Made a new left shoulder pad that is now more similar to the right whilst still being offset.
- Shaded the hood and cloak to now pop more than just being one solid color.
- Updated the hilt of the blade to also have a shaded effect as it uses the same color scheme as the cloak.
- Added a gif to now showcase the costume in all it's glory (Forums Only).

- Name Changed from "Midnight Whisper" to "Somber Silencer"
- Thinned the torso's lower area (less junk in that trunk).
- Updated the lining on the hood to be brighter as well as gave it a metallic map.
- Updated Sword's appearance.
- Added more material maps to make chrome bits shiny as intended.
- Made the cloak and hood's primary color brighter to pop out more on the costume.
- Updated the right shoulder to now be a better offset from the left.
- Made the back part of the cloak close to the body so it lays over it more, and now looks better with the change to the lower area of the torso.
