- Fixed CHALICE OF BLOOD item sprite bugs
- Fixed CAULDRON item sprite bugs
- Fixed KAMIKAZE FLY "blowing up" on spawn

- Added HOARDER to the treasure and secret pools

- Changed KAMIKAZE death to explosion (instead of tear volley)
