Fixed a damn bug that snuck back in with last update breaking planetary diversity planet habitibility

- Fixed planet modifiers not showing up in MP. They should now correctly spawn after a 2-3 ingame days after you unpause.
- Fixed missing terraforming options (machine worlds most notably)
- Fixed few edicts code.
- Fixed bug with an event

- Added two debug events to let you spawn the missing deposits if you continue an older save:
Select the planet; open the console and type "event gpm_debug.904" without the quotation marks to spawn the bright sun +9 energy deposit
Select the planet; open the console and type "event gpm_debug.905" without the quotation marks to spawn thetime-lost +6/6/6 science deposit.

Fixed bug with coloured discovery event text again. (please bug, go away forever now)

Fixed an issue with Planetary Diversity Compatibility. Should now work again without issues.
The error log will be full of silly non-errors again involving their planet classes, will fix that soon.

2.0.2 Engine update
This update of the mod includes a massive rewrite of almost all my internal code, including a custom build modifier spawn engine. The minum version for this mod to work is now 2.0.2 (duo to changes paradox has made)

Changelog:

NEW:
  • A lot of extra tile blocker graphics for vanilla tile blockers
  • Some extra tile blocker graphics for this mod's tile blockers
  • A start menu will now ask you with what number of planet modifiers you wish to start with. In multiplayer the recomended setting should be automatically chosen. The planet modifier spawn engine will take a few seconds to spawn everything after you unpause (spread over 2 ingame days).
  • Not so friendly gaia world. Events for that comming later.



CHANGES:
  • full rebalance of modidifer spawn chances.
  • Made some ghost files to stop the error log reporting it cant find all the compatibility planet classes. The error log should be a lot shorter now.

FIXES:
  • Tons of small fixes to localisation and other issues users have reported.
