Fixed targetid, added some new backgrounds

This new version contains many changes, some can be buggy, some can be good.
Biggest change is classes and levels, the system works very diffrent now.
By playing, you gain exp, then you get level.
Certain level gives you more classes to use, classes are choosen randomly, you cant choose your own class.
There is a new SCP too: SCP 966, an invisible guy that disorients every human around him.
SCP-966 can only be seen by other SCPs or using NVG.
There is another big change, players are nocolliding with eachother now.
Now, you wont know what is people's roles, you will have to find them and ask them to take out their ID tags.
There are many smaller changes but I wont write every single them here, go find them yourself!
