fixed a issue that you pickup 2 or more placed building structrure items instead of 1
fixed collision problems with building structure

added a new menu entry for PickUp and Demolish
all doors and gates will get that later because there are some issues that the new Auto Close/Open Settings are disapearing when i set the new menu.

hopefully fixed an issue that TekBuildings turns into Metal after a Restart

add a pickup delay for most of the TekBuilding Structure (more comming soon)

add a Max Structure in Range for the Shield. You can now place max 6 nearby

Added a 2nd Tek Helemt now you can choose to have FOV or not
Added a Tek Tier TranqDart (One Shot for ALL Dinos up to 5.000.000 Torp)
Added a Tek TranqRifle (Fast Shot, can only shot TekTranqDart)
Fixed a issue that you have a massiv XP Multi (Tested in SP and MP)
