Fixed Borealis sensor range (Sorry about that by the way: was tooling around with it before sensor range got implemented). Bumped it down from the 8000 previously to 3000 in this patch. Still more than its stock range, but not by half as much.
Also for the sake of balance bumped the sensor range of all other carriers up to at least be competitve.

Heavy Weapon firing arc now updated to match with the current vanilla game system.

Fixed the Mod so it is once again compatible with the game.

Just waiting on the devs to remove it from incompatible list.
