- Made methods local methods

- Flames does less damage and no longer set enemies on fire but
- Flames do synergize with some tear effects items (poison, burn, charm, freeze, slow, shrink)
- Added a challenge

Remove debug flag

- Fix an issue with swapping the item when it's not fully charged
- Fix an issue where items will charge when entering a new room regardless if you hold the candle or not
- Changed the effect when starting fire on both end of a circle trail
- Lower the sound effect
- Made the item charge over time displayed on 6 charges
