-Add Morocco, Tunisia, French Indochina, Syria, Lebanon as puppet of France
-Historical leaders, flags and parties for the 5 countries
-Portraits leader from the mod "All Color Portraits"
-Historical political advisors for Indochina, generic for the others
-Create a french technology sharing group if the dlc is activate
-Add 6 new cities as victory points (Vientiane, Phnom Penh, Deir-az Zur, Gabes, Fes, Agadir)
-Increase the industry of the 5 dependences
-Buff some military focus
-Rework some industrial focuses
-Add a new focus icon from the mod "Vanilla+"
-Fix some bugs

-Rework the mod event files architecture for better maintenance
-Add several conditions to some focuses
-Complete (finally!) the french translation
-Add three new focus in the military part
-Add tooltip in some focus description reward
-Add conditions for some new industrial group and decrease their political power cost
-Modify "Research Treaty" focus to get early an extra research slot (can't get more than 5 if democratic)
-The interface correctly shows the new focus icons when they are active
