- A few changes to block names and descriptions

- Modified the Heavy Support Vessel to accomodate the new healing laser

- Added ship "Super Dreadnought"
- Added an additional "Stardock" station
- Added AD-C (Anti-Dreadnought Cannon)

- Added AS-L (Anti-Ship Laser) scale 1 and 2

- Renamed AS-L (Anti-Ship Launcher) to AS-ML (Anti-Ship Mine Launcher)
- Renamed AC-L (Anti-Cruiser Launcher) to AC-ML (Anti-Cruiser Missile Launcher)

- Modified the Light Support Vessel and Patrol Vessel to accomodate the new Laser weaponry
