Many balancing tweaks to fit better with vanilla
Unfortunately we didn't got the melee fire weapons to work

Unfortunatly some weapons didn't work anymore
Weapons in this version:
- toxic longsword / poisoned knife / stun knife / toxic spear / stun rod
- sniper rifle (EMP) / sniper rifle (stun) / sniper rifle (toxic)
- stun bow / dazzling bow / toxic bow
