Added a message of the day, and some other stuff.

It's mostly related to the server, since this mod really isnt made to be played singleplayer :P

This update is killing me. Please get help.

Entirity of farming is fixed:

- Growth Stages (end of stage creates Rotten Food)
- Withering Seed
- Withering Compost Seed
- Compost Seeds
- Seeds

- Compost Bin; new feature: Uses Rotted Food to make compost

- More info to be added sometime in the future? Maybe. Nobody really reads these anyway

- Biomes Fixed (Elven should have better pristine spawning)

- Add Kharidian stuff (including biomes for pristine and regular resources)

- New research for Kharidian

- Fixed many name descriptions

- Fixed everything in the Anvil and Furnace
