just rolled out an update with a few fairly big changes, hopefully everything still works.

Changed the way pawns search for fixtures, they don't care about fixture qaulity anymore and just go for the nearest available rather than waiting to use better ones, but they will still avoid using rivers or bushes if they can, this fixes the prison labor mod problems.
Added a special morning mode where pawns will be more likely to use toilets and showers and drink just after they wake up.
Added a slider to change the amount of sewage per flush, and increased the default amount.
The washing machine is now functional, it will remove the worn by corpse effect on apparel, but uses lots of water and produces some sewage.
Added vampire fangs to the list of default hediffs that disable bladders and thirst.
