BETH 2.0! The Repentance update!

Beth is now an individual playable character and no longer replaces Cain. She also has been given an adjustment to her stats and has a trinket as well.

Known glitches:

- Graphical: The menu behind Beth looks a little off (possibly the old pre-Repentance UI?) and smaller than the others. This may be fixed later.

- Graphical: Her portrait in loading screens and boss fights is a bit too large, or possibly out of place? May fix this later, but it shouldn't interfere with gameplay.

New "Friendly Brimstone" update! More suiting to Beth's personality. It also makes Brimstone look more friendly for everyone!
