* Upgrade engine to Unity 2019. Maybe the mouse poll rate bug is fixed? I have no idea.
* Update many plugins to modern versions. Should improve considerable performance. However I don't know if there are bugs.

There is a plan to switch this wallpaper program to x64. If you are using a 32bit OS, you may have to upgrade.
