Fixed so that the armor only weighs 1 kg so no more encumberement.

Thanks to Terminarch for helping me solve a problem in my changes that made random characters start with 100 skills. All credits go to *Terminarch* with this bug/mistake. Should now be working.

Bug Fix- When hiring new squad members they start with 100 in all skills, now it's back to normal. Contact me if more bugs are noticed.
