Very small fix to vehicle feedback

Several system messaged reworded and "Adoptation" weapon attribute renamed to "Familiarity" for obvious reasons.

Retranslated and reworded some of the car interaction dialogue and feedback.

Some more item interaction rewrite.

Retranslated and reworded several item interaction context menus and feedback messages.
Fixed and reworded weapon characteristics display.
