Actually had a better idea and made the police speak via the mall speakers.

Made the police Commander give a 3-2-1 countdown when they're about to go in (you still need to see him to notice I guess), simplified collisions on the left staircase so it's easier to pick up the upgrade, removed a police agent from the bottom squad.

Tried to make the crates on the top right look more collideable, increased battery respawn time, made random upgrades respawn, increased Matter Cannon respawn time slightly.
