Added temp fix for gPowers. Disabled drive on water when Gravity Hull Designator is installed to stop the car from falling through the map. Added the pickup sound to the drive swep and removed the walk on water activation which I put in the drive swep by accident. Made the walking on water standing prop bigger.

Prop gets bigger when you go fast. Prop now gets networked to stop jumpiness in multiplayer so now the alpha of the prop is set instead. Made the props stack with gaps between each when not being used to attempt to stop the collision hook from being called as often.

Made it work better in multiplayer. Added on/off.
Removed WaterLevel and just use TraceLine instead now, seems to work better.
Added a z axis lock to make running on water smoother.

Added collision check, stopped prop from being teleported constantly when nothing is happening. Probably last minor update.
