Add new reward calculation so counter bets are necessary

- Config var karmabet_reward_type with 1 or 2 added
- karmabet_reward_type 1 has old reward scaling
- karmabet_reward_type 2 now only rewards when counter bets have been placed, otherwise bet karma is kept
- Added display of how much karma was actually won
- Added language strings for missing counter bets on type 2

- Add GUI that can be opened by using !bet without any arguments
- The <team> and <amount> arguments can now be switched freely, so
!bet t 50
and
!bet 50 t
work the same way
