Added a set of Chiss eyes for males and females, available under Upper Face Props.

Moved the invisible heads from my other head pack mods to this mod to avoid duplicating content.

Hopefully resolved a bug where Race 0 face E for both sexes would be affected by a strange overlay in the scar slot.

Added additional variant with darker skin tones. Also provided option (disabled by default) for versions using the vanilla textures for those that like/need eyebrows.
