Updated scoreboard. Kills are now properly credited. Skeletons can now see the amount of Runners alive. Voice chat now works properly. Added support for multiple killers (sfun_killer_amount). Added support for custom skeleton rebuild delay (sfun_skeleton_rebuild_delay).

Fixed various bugs and added (hidden) round time limit mechanics which will help the Killer if he hasn't gotten a kill in too long.
