-Adds Tidally Locked World. 100% habitability, adds 100% bonuses to power and food generation. They only spawn close to stars, and only as planets.
-Removed tidally locked modifier because I added the planet.
-Tweaked planet generation, should be very close to vanilla settings.
-Moved Ammonia + Methane to be father out in the solar system past normal habitable planets as they are colder.
-AI will no long randomly start at tomb world start.
-Changed Names of some planet classes to be more in line with Stellaris naming.

-Changed Tomb world starts a bit. You now start on an irradiated planet, which is exactly the same as tomb world, with unique, but similar artwork. It has lowered habitability on all planets besides Tomb. The Irradiated world will not show up unless you start with it. This is to make it less of a cheat/keep the bonus of the worm in waiting, but I'm open to tweaking if I've nerfed it too far.

-Added Hothouse. An un-colonizable world that may have a terraforming candidate anomaly on it. Otherwise just a new planet in the background.

-Re-did the Atoll planet artwork.

-Fixed an Atoll planet/Frozen Desert preference bug.

-Changed the Sol system to have Venus has a terra-formable Hothouse world.

-Ammonia + Methane can now be changed into Machine Worlds and the other way.

Redid Planet Spawning Odd. Closer to Vanilla Stellaris Numbers (but still not there).

ex
Vanilla = Medium Galaxy .25 = 90-100 habitable planets
PD = Medium Galaxy .25 = 105-125 habitable planets (not counting methane or ammonia)

Vanilla = Medium 1.0 = 140-150
PD = Medium 1.0 = 170-180

So far its about 20-30 planets more a game, which is good for now. I'll keep tweaking and update as I go.

Updated to 1.8

Changed the name of 'Desert Islands' to 'Atoll', looking to change some other names in the future to make then cleaner, one-word names.

Wet/Dry = Energy + Society
Wet/Cold = Food + Engineering
Cold/Dry = Minerals + Physics

It's one from each 'Parent' group mashed together.

Other than that, no real changes from the last update.

Brought back the ability to Terraform Methane/Ammonia worlds. You need climate restoration to do it, or Gaia creation to make them into gaia worlds.
