- Removed is_habitable_structre scripted trigger
- Added Trad Designation for Eco-City+Corpo-arc
- Engineered Environment lowered from 20 to 10
- All Districts and Jobs Balanced to 3.0.3 numbers
- Added Cenote + Badlands Worlds!
- Added Carbon Class uninhabitable World
- Nerfed Unique World Traits a bit
- All Rare/Unique buildings now grant 2 jobs, + 1 per 20 pops. This should help with compatibility but still help scaling with your planet/empire.

- Infesting Hive Worlds now Automatic Unhive when taken over, the hive can restart the process if they can stop it in time.
