New Content
- All the special worlds now have civics to start on them, they don't affect the special systems in the game, and the AI will not choose them.

Bugs
- Worked on Blocker spawn chances.
- Worked of Glacial Localization in English to better reflect categories.
- Nantie/Gray Goo planets are now terraform-able.
- Deposits are now decent after terraforming from barren/gray goo/frozen etc.
- Unique worlds are now self terraform-able to gain the bonus.
- Fixed issue where ringworlds/habitats were turning into tomb worlds.
- Changed a few icons to help with small change coming up soon.

- Ammona+Methane should have -200% habitability on Oxygen planets and vice-versa.
- Primitive Sol should no longer be overwritten.

- No longer finding dense jungle blockers on cold worlds.
