Updated to Beta 2

Changelog:

-English localization added
-Improved German localization
-Overworked the Umbra and Cyronia Systems.
-Added 3 new starting systems
-Added 4 unique planet modifiers (only for home worlds)
-All new name lists are now called "V-Mods #" instead of the "*speces name* #"
