Rebuilt shaders for 1.9 (Unity 5.6.3) and added a workaround for rendering the camera with a unit rect (required because Unity 5.6 breaks when rendering the camera to a texture without it). There's a slight side-effect which I think looks cool and is a nice easter egg so I'm keeping it. :)

Rebuilt shaders against 1.7 / Unity 5.5.3. Added a mod settings panel to control the slider maximum and to provide a much needed out-of-game reset button (in case the slider gets stuck). Reduced the default maximum to 300%, but will autodetect the user's previous settings to automatically opt-in to the higher slider values if they are already running with those settings. Otherwise the slider maximum can be increased to 500% in the options menu.

Initial release. Fixes nlight's version by replacing the shaders with updated, reverse-engineered ones in an AssetBundle. Also increases the slider limit to 500%.
