Added sprites for the two deathcrates! *yay!*

If it's blue, you know somebody has decided your fate (or not, if it's spawned. By default it's outcome is always 0. (That's the bananas))
If it's color scheme has been inverted and it can't count backwards, you know you're pretty much dead.

Also introducing the Rocket Shower! A completely new way to ruin your (or your friend's) (or anybody's actually) life! It can be found at the number 37.
