-Brightened colours

-Custom mask texture for multicolour uniforms and shields

-edits all non playable dwarf factions_uniform_colours table to ensure they keep their old mono-colour shields, except Karak Norn which is now red and white

-doesn't edit playable dwarf faction for compatability with Dark Green Dwarf Recolour, this causes them to have blue and white shields if unmodded
