- Fixed an issue regarding the Last Survivor disconnecting
- Added a new game mode. Knife vs Black Market (as suggested by SuperAngryNinja)
Survivors and Infected spawn only with Black Market weapons.
- Another attempt at fixing the 'not spawning' bug.

- Added a 'Last Suicide Killcam' for when the Last Survivor commits suicide
- Added DVAR's for Throwing Knifes / Tactical Insertions
- Fixed some issues regarding players not spawning
- Fixed some issues with the Suicide Bombers. Throwing Knife is now mapped corretly, Tac Insert is given (if enabled) and the specialist Ability now works properly.
- Hopefully fixed an issue regarding all players votes counting double.
- Added the new Black Market weapons.

Fixes/Changes
- New DVar to include custom maps. See the DVAR section.
- Fixed some issues related to the voting stopping beofre the timer is done.
- Added rounds. By default, a map is played for three rounds. Gametype remains the same across the rounds.
- Some more minor tweaks and fixes

I can't really test these fixes myself, thus I hope I fixed the following issues in this update:
- Should fix XX_mp_mod not fond issues
- Should fix some stability issues
