+ Improved hitboxes
+ Added animated blinking texture
+ Improved & added jiggle physics
+ Added Pelvis "Tweak" for improved incap animations

Notes: Tails will sadly still blink even when dead. Working on a way to fix this.

Shrunk down his giant shoes (Thus making him smaller), and improved the 'flow' of Tails'... Tails flowing with the jiggle physics.
