Removed "dig" command from weapon, so that items can be gathered with spacebar without uprooting them while weapon is equipped.

Added weapon for Event pets.

Added weapon for Forge pets.

Added tool commands to the weapon.

Added weapon to the various monkeys. They have the normal 'mysterious power' weapons from the default playable pets mods, but they don't seem to allow them to attack.
