What's in it?

- A new national spirit and a new focus related to it
- Adjusted and slightly reworked the 'Peace With Neighbours' path within the 'Socialism With A Human Face' focus
- A new decision category within the 'Peace With Neighbours' to help turn your neighbors communist
- The 'Motorization Effort' focus can no longer be bypassed if the player has the 'Arms Against Tyranny' DLC
- Fixed a missing event in the 'Peace With Neighbours' focus
- Fixed the description of the 'Little Entente' focus
- Fixed the 'Expand MNKV' focus, which was overlapping with the 'Air Force Academy' when the player went communist
- Yugoslavia will no longer cancel the Non-Aggression Pact with Hungary (and vice versa) after they accept the 'Eternal Friendship Treaty' focus
- Fixed localization of the 'Fight for Transylvania' and 'Bombing of Kassa' Hungarian events
- Fixed 'Otto II von Habsburg's' portrait and name, which were different when elected as constitutional or parliamentary king

State ID fix and bug fix

Tax reform now has non-aligned support because the Bethlen tree is non-aligned and not Democrat.
bethleni way modifies the market movement so it doesn't need to be deleted, because it was last replaced by the revision by diplomacy focus to democrat, which is only good for 2 of the 3 trees.

Made the Democracy on the Rise vanilla event available on the Democracy tree, so that it can be switched to Democratic ideology on the Social Democratic branch.
