Fixed some melee weapons being on the ground instead of in the survivor's hands

Added jiggle bones to hair, skirt and chest.

Thanks to ZeqMacaw for the procedure to fixing my model's animations on public servers. I only tested on local servers previously and that prooved to be insufficient. Let me know if public servers still gives problems.

The issue seemed to be the .mdl file lacking the mechanic.smd animation file from decompiling the original Ellis model. My bad for thinking it was not important, but this is one step towards better mods for the future XD
