Counter-Terrorist Machete also conflicts with Combine Beta SNPCs.
So this update fixes about spawning it.

Added Counter-Terrorist Machete in Random Counter-Terrorist.
Counter-Terrorist Machete can't spawn if Half-Life Renaissance Reconstructed is mounted due to conflict.

Added "Wake up Squad" keyvalue to Combine Soldiers.
