- Added Ubbe Devon conquest event
- Fixed the Summer Heathen army
- Fixed localisation for Summer Festival events
- Added title to events that are triggered by specific decisions
- Added assign guardian decision (assigns guardians for all children)
- Viceroys no longer breed horses
- Removed high priority for horde settlement decisions (no more accidentally becoming feudal)

- Instead of Italian peasant revolts building a city to make a republic, peasant will now just existing the city and become a republic
- Removed decadence revolts. Instead, the revolt risk increases for all decadent independent rulers (at 40/60/80/100 decadent intervals).
