Balance Fix: Update on 7/16/2017 4:02:30 PM.
- Balanced price of generic USCM stuff
- Fixed layers of clothes.
>> The Suit goes under the shirt and cover the legs too so you can wear a pant on top of it.
>> Armor now covers only shell.
- Fixed armors covering arms. They should not !
