added particle list thingy in adv. particle controller, added WIP emd clag. clag_grey_billowy

clag_black_billowy is now much more obviously Alco as it should have been all along

alco clag is now 'clag_black_billowy' and not alco numbers. it is billowy, obviously, with a fast muzzle exhaust speed at ~140 particles. 'clag_black_fast' is a small exhaust particle that has no billowing and could be used for other things.

clag changed, alco_clag_01 is now cheap (80 particles), and alco_clag_02 was added and is more expensive with 150 particles and longer lasting particles
